Possible Allergy or Diabetic Triggers?

It's obvious to any of us that actually gets out of bed each day and goes outside the world is changing.

But how did it start changing so much that items and situations which we just consider a normal part of the day, now it is being researched that many of these may be the reason for the increased statistics for allergies and/or diabetes.

Possible Triggers For Increased Statistics

All of these are still in research, but many patients, especially those which are affected, many agree it makes perfect sense to them because they swear they feel like that everyday. Check over these and if this might sound like you, think about trying a few lifestyle changes after you speak to your doctor/allergist to get their opinion also.
  • Food Allergies increased because of the chlorine placed in municipal tap water. Research is showing a link between milk, egg, peanut and seafood allergies and the breakdown of the chemical in tap water. The Albert Einstein College Of Medicine in New York City has determined the bacterial levels in the gut can upset the body's normal immune reactions developing hypersensitivity in some people.
  • Memory loss being caused by low levels of pesticides in the foods we eat.
  • Type 2 diabetes initiated also from the increased use of pesticides in factory farming practices.
  • Obesity statistics are rising, possibly because pesticides act as hormone disruptors within our system, often leading to metabolic changes resulting in excess fat storage.
Many other conditions seem to be affected also such as Autism, birth defects, rates of cancer plus others. It is even being suggested for your own safety try to avoid the use of some of these in your daily life to decrease your exposure.
  • avoid all canned foods
  • avoid anything wrapped in plastic
  • do not use plastic yourself to store foods or re-heat foods(microwave)
  • buy organics as much as possible
  • avoid summer fruits (unless you purchase organics) which always get heavy spray programs to reduce insect infestations. Some of the most damaging is all varieties of apples, strawberries, peaches, grapes and plums.
  • avoid using chemical air fresheners (from bags, bottles or spray cans). Use scents from aromatherapy, essential oils or many kitchen spices if you enjoy the addition of fragrance
